Common questions
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. Every plan is a one-time payment for the period you choose. Nothing renews by itself, and we'll remind you before it ends.
Can I get a refund?
If you change your mind within 7 days of paying, ask from your Payments page and our team will review it. Requests after that are considered case by case.
What happens if I upgrade?
Moving to a higher plan starts straight away and replaces the lower one. Buying a plan at the same level or lower is added after what you already have, so you never lose time you've paid for.
Is tax included?
Prices are shown before tax. Where tax applies (for example GST on payments in INR) it is shown line by line before you pay, and again on your invoice.
How do I pay?
Indian members pay in rupees by UPI, cards or net banking through Razorpay. Members elsewhere pay by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
