Be genuine

• Use your real details and recent photos of yourself.
• If you create a profile for a family member, say so, and make sure they agree.
• One profile per person.

Be respectful

• Take "no" gracefully. If someone declines or doesn't reply, move on.
• No harassment, threats, hate speech or sexual content.
• Respect differences in religion, community, caste and background.

Keep it safe

• Never ask anyone for money, gifts or financial details.
• Don't share someone's photos, contact details or messages outside the platform.
• Don't post links to other sites or services in profiles or first messages.

No commercial use

Agents and marriage bureaus may not use member accounts. Contact us about partnerships instead.

What happens if guidelines are broken

Reports are reviewed by a person. Depending on what happened, we may remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, or suspend or close the account. We never ban anyone automatically, and you can appeal a decision by contacting us.
